One house, one table, everyone you want there
Los Hibiscus is a stone finca in open country between Santanyí, Campos and Felanitx. Over the holidays the gate closes and the house is yours: five ensuite bedrooms, a long table that seats everyone, and 17,750 m² of olive grove around you.
You tell us what Christmas looks like in your family. We arrange the chef, the wine, the outings and the quiet days around it. Nothing is fixed until you say so.

Pick what suits your group and leave the rest. Every element is arranged for you and priced with your stay.
A private chef
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the day after, cooked in the house kitchen to your family’s traditions, or to Mallorca’s.
Market mornings
Santanyí’s market on Wednesday and Saturday, Felanitx on Sunday. Shop with the chef, then bring it home for lunch.
Local wine
The house sits in the Pla i Llevant wine country. Private tastings at family bodegas nearby, or the winemaker at your table.
Family afternoons
Gingerbread houses, Christmas crafts, a treasure hunt through the olive grove, table tennis on the lawn.
Wellness
Massage and yoga at the house, on your schedule. A heated pool on request, for those who swim in December.
Palma at Christmas
The lights, the markets and the cathedral, with a driver both ways. Back at the house for dinner.
New Year, slower
Long lunches, a day in the hills or the city, and one very good night at the house. A sample rhythm, shaped to your group.
Beds made, the fridge stocked, local wine chilled and a simple supper waiting. The house is warm, with underfloor heating throughout.
A late breakfast, a vineyard tasting or an afternoon in Palma, a massage back at the house, then a long dinner.
A chef-led dinner, cocktails and music at the house. Twelve grapes at midnight, the Spanish way.
A slow brunch, a walk through the countryside, the terrace in the winter sun and a very easy evening.
