- An Owners Agent who also finds the buyer earns 80%.
- Shared listings follow the same split, applied to the fee share that comes into Global Homebase.
Five ways to work with us

Owners Agent.
The owner's single point of contact. You bring the Fact Score to 100, show the home, hold the keys, and talk to sales agents and the owner's lawyer. You earn 20% of the fee. Owners can be their own Owners Agent.

Sales Agent.
You bring the buyer to signature and earn 60% of the fee, paid after completion. You keep your own brand and your own clients.

Referral Partner.
You introduce an owner or a buyer, and you are paid when the deal completes. The terms are set out in your agreement.

Network Partner.
Architects, builders, lawyers, finance and property managers. You work for owners and buyers on the platform and invoice your own clients at your own rates.

Hometel Operator.
Run co-owned homes locally like a small hotel: guests, housekeeping, maintenance and the owners' calendar, to the Global Homebase standard. One operator per area, no exclusivity.
