How it works
One partnership. Two kinds of introduction.
You register once, and from then on you can introduce either side of a sale — an owner thinking of selling, or a buyer looking for a home. Same partnership, same 20 %, one dashboard. No mandate, no licence, no liability — you never represent anyone.
You register once
Name, email, phone and where you are based. That puts the terms in writing and gives you a dashboard. It costs nothing and expires never.
You introduce an owner
Someone thinking of selling. We approach them properly and your name stays out of it. The home is protected to you for twelve months.
Or you introduce a buyer
Someone looking for a home here. We register them to you by name, and that claim holds for up to twenty-four months.
Discretion
Your name stays out of it
We never tell the owner where the introduction came from, unless you ask us to in writing. Your fee comes out of our own share — nothing is added to what the owner pays, and nothing about the sale changes because you made the call.
In return we ask one thing of you: that you are free to make the introduction — that no mandate, employment or professional duty to the owner stands in the way of you receiving a fee. If one does, tell us and we will handle it differently.
