Introduce an owner or a buyer, a home to let or the people who rent it. We take it from there and keep your name out of it. When it sells, you are paid — around €6,000 on a home at three million.
How it works
One partnership. Two kinds of introduction.
You register once, and from then on you can introduce either side of a sale — an owner thinking of selling, or a buyer looking for a home. Same partnership, same 20 %, one dashboard. No mandate, no licence, no liability — you never represent anyone.
You register once
Name, email, phone and where you are based. That puts the terms in writing and gives you a dashboard. It costs nothing and expires never.
You introduce an owner
Someone thinking of selling. We approach them properly and your name stays out of it. The home is protected to you for twelve months.
Or you introduce a buyer
Someone looking for a home here. We register them to you by name, and that claim holds for up to twenty-four months.
Rentals count too
Four kinds of introduction. One rule.
The same 20% of what we earn applies when you bring a home to let, or the people who rent it. A network should pay everyone in it, not only the agent at the end.
A home to let
An owner whose house stands empty part of the year. When they sign a rental agreement with us, you receive 20% of our commission on every booking for the first twelve months.
A guest or a group
A company planning an offsite, a family looking for a month, a friend getting married. When they book, you receive 20% of our commission on that stay, and on any booking they make with us in the next twelve months.
What it is worth
A group booking of €20,000 pays us around €4,000. You receive €800. A home that lets for €120,000 a year earns you around €4,800 in its first year with us.
Rental introductions use the same registration, the same dashboard and the same discretion. Each one is protected to you for twelve months. If nothing has come of it by then, we email you, and you can extend it once by six months. After that it drops off your list. Fees are paid once the guest has paid in full.
Discretion
Your name stays out of it
We never tell the owner where the introduction came from, unless you ask us to in writing. Your fee comes out of our own share — nothing is added to what the owner pays, and nothing about the sale changes because you made the call.
In return we ask one thing of you: that you are free to make the introduction — that no mandate, employment or professional duty to the owner stands in the way of you receiving a fee. If one does, tell us and we will handle it differently.
