Property compliance checklist

Every home is checked against this list before it joins The Mallorca Collection. A home is shown as ready when every required item is verified. Each home's status lives in its Owner File, and documents are shared with partner agencies when the owner agrees.

We are not lawyers. This checklist is the standard we verify against, not legal advice. Buyers should always use their own independent lawyer.
