How the Model Works

Local Structure

Each property is held in a Spanish S.L. company with 52 shares = 52 weeks. Buyers purchase packages of weeks, tailored to lifestyle or rental use.

Without a Tourist License

Owners buy 7–9 consecutive weeks, making rentals legal under Spain’s 30-day minimum rule.

With a Tourist License

Owners can rent daily or weekly, perfect for investment-focused buyers who want maximum rental income.

Club Homebase – Property & Rental Management

All homes are managed by Club Homebase, ensuring seamless property and rental management:
