How Co-Ownership Works
Buy a defined share of a real home. Use it on your own weeks — the structure, the management and the resale are handled for you.
Explore Co-Ownership HomesCo-ownership, simply
One home. Eight owners. A share that’s truly yours.
Co-ownership means owning a real, legal share of one specific home — not a timeshare, not a points scheme. Eight owners, one beautiful property; each holds title to their share, with the right to use it, rent it, or sell it.
How it works
Four steps, start to finish.
Buy a share
Take one eighth or more of a home that’s already sourced, upgraded and licensed — with your name on the title.
Use your weeks
Book your nights through one simple calendar, or release the ones you won’t use to earn rental income.
Everything managed
No keys, no admin. The local team runs the home, the guests and the costs for you.
Clear entry, clear exit
Bought once, taxed once. When you’re ready, sell your share on the secondary market.
One standard, everywhere
The same model, in every destination.
Behind each home sits one infrastructure: a local destination team that runs it, a co-owner community that connects it, and a single standard — wherever you own.

The basics
Co-ownership, in plain terms.
Is this a timeshare?
No. A timeshare sells you time; co-ownership gives you a real, legal share of the property itself — registered in your name, with its own value. You own a piece of the home, not a week on a calendar.
Do I actually own it?
Yes. You hold title to your share — directly, or through the company that owns the home — with the right to use it, rent it out, and sell it. It’s a real asset on your balance sheet, not a membership.
Can I sell my share?
Yes, whenever you choose. Shares are sold on the secondary market, and transfers are handled through a digital cap table — so selling is as clean as the buying was.
How much time do I get?
About six weeks a year for a single (1/8) share, and more as you hold more — booked through one simple calendar, with the busiest dates shared fairly between owners.
