Your second home in Mallorca, looked after
Torben Aagaard, founder. In Palma since 2018. I lead a network of local specialists — agents, lawyers, architects, builders, interior designers and property managers — who are used to working together on Homebase projects. We prepare a home for the owner who is selling, finish it for the family who is buying, and look after it once they have the keys. One call sets up the visit — in person or on video, with the plans, the permits and the file open.
