Son Cabaspre is offered as eight equal shares. You hold full, registered ownership of a one-eighth stake, with weeks of private use across the year — and you can hold more than one share if you want more time.
We handle the purchase, the upgrade, the legal structure and the ongoing management, and place you alongside a small group of aligned co-owners. Ownership is structured either through a dedicated SPV or by direct title, chosen with Spanish counsel.
