The Story

Ten Years in the Making

Los Hibiscus did not happen overnight. Peter Bouzyk and his wife Joanna found the land in the southeast of Mallorca and spent a decade building the finca they had always imagined — stone by stone, room by room, garden by garden.

The result is a home that carries the care of its creators in every detail. The ancient olive trees were planted around the house, not removed for it. The heated pool was positioned to catch the afternoon light. The covered terrace was designed for long evenings, not quick coffees.

Now Peter and Joanna are ready to share what they built — with eight co-owners who will love it as they do, and care for it as if it were their own. Because it will be.
