Lifestyle Co-Ownership is for people who already holiday regularly in Mallorca or Cannes and want their own home there without committing to full ownership.

You buy a 7–9 week share in a fully furnished property, and our local team takes care of everything between stays so you simply arrive and enjoy.

It’s real, registered ownership — tradable on the secondary marketplace — designed for families, part-time residents, digital nomads and anyone who wants the place to feel like theirs.

 

Cannes Congress

Investment

Investor Co-Ownership is a pure-return play: you own a share of a second home and your weeks go straight into our managed rental program.

In Cannes that means congresses like MIPIM, the Film Festival and Cannes Lions, plus the summer peak; in Mallorca, the full summer, shoulder seasons and private or corporate events such as weddings, retreats and product launches.

You receive your share of the net rental income, backed by a real asset whose value is set by the property market. Best for income-focused investors who want the returns of a second home without the obligations.

Hybrid

Hybrid Co-Ownership is for the majority of buyers who want to use the home for a few weeks a year and put the rest of their share to work.

You choose, season by season, which weeks you’ll occupy and which go into the rental program — the unoccupied weeks generate income, the occupied ones are yours, and the home stays in turnkey condition either way.

It’s the sweet spot for owners who want enough personal use to make the home feel like theirs, plus enough rental income to meaningfully offset the cost of ownership.
