As part of the project we add three things that turn a beautiful finca into the home you picture — a new country kitchen, a shaded outdoor lounge, and a grove planted before you arrive. All delivered inside the project, shown openly in the price, so the home is ready the day you walk in.
A country kitchen at the heart of the house
The hub of the home — a new country-style kitchen built for cooking with what you carry up from the Saturday market and pick from your own trees. Warm materials, generous worktops, and room for people to gather while someone cooks. The kitchen a finca like this deserves.
A shaded lounge and long table, between house and pool
Between the house and the pool, a shaded pergola terrace with a long table, comfortable seating and a built-in barbecue. The place for the slow lunch and the long evening — and the view from the table is the point: you look straight out over your grove as it climbs into the protected mountains.
An olive, lemon and orange grove, planted for you
Fifty thousand euros of the project goes into planting a proper grove on the 8,000 m² — olives, lemons and oranges, established now so they are rooted and giving by your first summer. Your own oil in time, fruit on the table, and lemons for the evening’s cocktails.

Anselm has spent decades building and restoring homes with a particular discipline: how materials read, how light moves through a room, how the smallest detail decides whether a place feels ordinary or exceptional. He brought that eye to Casa Son Cabaspre, restoring it from a near-ruin into a contemporary, move-in-ready finca in the hills above Esporles.
From there, Mallorca Homebase takes it the last stretch. We add the three things that turn a restored finca into a home you never want to leave — the new country kitchen, the shaded outdoor lounge, the planted grove — and we bring together the group of up to eight co-owners who will share it. Anselm makes the house; we make it a home a group can own together.
That work has a price, and we show it openly. Mallorca Homebase earns a 3% value-creation fee — set out as a line in the project's cost, never buried in a marked-up price. It pays for taking the home the final stretch and bringing the co-owners together, so every owner sees exactly what they are buying into.
