Your Nights at Los Hibiscus

Every co-owner gets a fixed number of nights per year — proportional to their share. You can own as little as 1/8 or the whole property. All booking is done in real time through Club Homebase.

1/8 is the standard entry point. All share combinations are available — contact us to discuss your preferred ownership level.

Peak season runs roughly late May to early September (about 16 weeks). Each 1/8 share is guaranteed — and capped at — two weeks (14 nights) within it, allocated on rotation so the best dates circulate fairly between owners. Outside peak season the standard rules apply.

HOW TO BOOK

Log in to Club Homebase

Your Owner Member account gives you access to the Los Hibiscus booking calendar. See exactly which nights are taken, which are free, and your own remaining allowance.

Pick your dates

Book from 2 days to 2 years ahead. Standard stays: minimum 7 nights. Short stays (under 7 nights): bookable within 30 days of arrival only.

Confirm and arrive

Instant confirmation. The local Mallorca team prepares the property. A stay fee covers cleaning, linen, pool heating, and utilities — confirmed at closing.

KEY RULES AT A GLANCE

Los Hibiscus specific.

42 nights per 1/8 share

Scales proportionally — own 2 shares and get 84 nights. Own the whole property and it's yours year-round.

Peak season — July & August

Max 14 nights per 1/8 share during weeks 28–35. Every co-owner is guaranteed at least 2 summer weeks.

Short stays — 30-day rule

Stays under 7 nights can only be booked within 30 days of arrival. Keeps the calendar open and fair for all.

ETV lifetime tourist licence

Los Hibiscus holds a lifetime ETV licence. Unused nights can be rented out freely — no annual limit on rental days.

Rental income split

You receive 75% of net rental income from nights you contribute. 25% goes to the shared maintenance fund.

Guest registration required

All guests — family or friends — must be registered in Club Homebase before arrival. No unregistered guests permitted.

Los Hibiscus holds a lifetime ETV tourist licence — meaning unused nights can generate rental income with no annual cap. You decide each year how many nights to use and how many to contribute to the rental pool.
