Bring a home to Homebase.
This creates a draft home on the platform. Nothing is published, nothing is marketed, and no property is worked until a Schedule for it is signed by both of us. Fill in what you know. We come back to you on anything that is missing.
Three fields decide the money. Other agencies holding the property, buyers you have already spoken to, and who owns the existing photos and film. They set what reaches Homebase, who is protected, and whether a fee applies for material. Get them right and nothing is renegotiated later.
Listing status is not sales status. A home can be available and off-market at the same time. Off-market means it is held as data only: no listing, no images produced, no public presence, shown only to named buyers you and we agree on in writing.
Lowest indicated price stays internal. It is never shown to a buyer and never published. It tells us whether an offer is worth taking to the owner.
