What a referral is, and what it is not
No licence, no selling, no negotiating. The introduction is the whole job.
Nothing about returns, prices or tax. Those questions come to us and are answered in writing.
If it would not help your group, do not post it. That is what keeps them listening to you.

Do I need to be an agent?
No. You never sell, advise or handle money. If you want to sell one day, the Agent Partner track is the next step.
How much do I earn?
It depends on your audience, and it is agreed with you individually before you share anything. Because a single share of a home is a large amount, a small percentage is a meaningful payment.
Will you post in my group?
No. You decide what goes in front of your members, and when. We follow your group’s rules.
Does my audience have to live in Mallorca?
No. Most people who buy here live somewhere else. That is exactly why your audience matters.
What if someone buys months later?
The introduction is registered in writing when it happens. The period it covers is set in your agreement.
