Use It. Rent It. Grow It.

Hybrid Properties

Own a property you can enjoy while generating income through optimized rentals and professional management.

The Smart Balance Between Living and Income

Use the home when you want it. Rent it out when you don't. Most of our co-owners don't fit cleanly into Lifestyle or Investor. They want to use the home — but realistically only for three or four weeks a year — and they want the rest of their share to work for them. Hybrid Co-Ownership is built around that reality. You decide, week by week or season by season, which weeks you'll occupy and which weeks go into the rental program. The unoccupied weeks generate income. The occupied weeks belong to you. The home stays in turnkey condition either way, because we operate it the same way regardless of who's sleeping in the master bedroom that night. For most owners we talk to, this is the sweet spot: enough personal use to make the home feel theirs, enough rental income to meaningfully offset the cost of ownership. Best for owners who want a home in Mallorca or Cannes for personal use a few weeks a year — and want the rest of their weeks producing income.
