Eight years in Palma. Every home I sell, I know.
I am Danish, I have run my own businesses since my twenties, and I have lived in Palma full-time for eight years. I founded Global Homebase and Mallorca Homebase, and I am the lead agent on every home we sell.
I know the owners personally, I know the areas, and I know how a Spanish purchase actually works. The people I work with, from lawyers and architects to the team that looks after the house, are people I have chosen. You deal with me in Danish or English, from the first question to the notary.

Every home here is one I lead myself. I know the owner, I know the house room by room, and I know what it needs before you ask. Some are ready to move into; some are projects I take through to the keys. Available whole, or in eighths.

I take the owner through it myself: what the home is worth, what it needs before it is shown, and whether it sells best whole or in shares. You deal with one person, and nothing goes out without your say.
How this works
What buying here actually involves
No chain of agents between you and the person selling. Every home is legally verified and prepared before it is shown, and several of them never reach the open market at all.
Buy it outright, or take a share with seven others and use it around six weeks a year. Same house, same standard, two ways in.
Viewings, lawyers, notary, upgrade, interiors and the running of the house once it is yours are handled in Mallorca. You fly in and out.
