What does an agent partner do?
Bring a listing and act as its lead agent, sell ownership shares as a sales agent, or do both. You work with the buyer or owner; we handle the structure, contracts and closing behind the transaction.
How do I earn?
When you introduce a property that is accepted into the programme, you can earn a listing referral fee of around 1–2%. On share sales you typically earn around 3% on each ownership share sold. Because one home is divided into eight shares, a single property can produce several commissions. Everything is paid at closing, when buyer funds are received.
Do I need to be local, or can I work remotely?
Both. You can work on a destination as a resident, or internationally from wherever your buyers are. Co-ownership is sold to buyers who want a second home — they can come from any market you have access to.
Do I keep my client relationship?
You stay your client's advisor through the transaction. Once buyers enter the ownership structure, Global Homebase takes over the operational side — governance, scheduling, accounting and management. Your personal relationship with the client remains yours.
What does Global Homebase handle?
The full structure: SPV or direct title, contracts, ownership governance, the closing and ongoing management. You focus on finding the property and selling the shares.
