What does my agency get?
Your own agency page on the platform — your logo, your agents and your listings — plus access to our co-ownership inventory. We provide the structure, contracts and closing; your team brings and sells the deals.
How does my agency earn?
Your agents earn a commission on every ownership share they sell, plus a listing referral fee when you bring a property into the programme. Because each home is divided into eight shares, one property can generate several commissions. All commissions are paid at closing.
Can we list our own properties?
Yes. List the homes you want to sell from your agency page, or sell from the shared network across destinations. Either way, we structure the property and run the legal process to closing.
Do we keep our clients?
Yes. The client relationship stays with your agency through the sale. After closing, Global Homebase manages the co-ownership operationally — governance, scheduling, accounting and maintenance — so your team is not tied up in day-to-day management.
How is this different from a normal listing?
A traditional listing reaches one buyer and closes once. Co-ownership opens the same home to several buyers who want a second home without owning more than they use — so one property becomes more closings for your agents.
