One Home. Eight Shares. A Transparent Split.
An owner ready to sell. We divide the home into eight equal shares of 12.5%, and a buyer can take a single share or all eight — so one property becomes up to eight transactions. Every commission splits three ways:

You know the property and represent the owner. List it on Homebase and earn the listing fee across every share sold — not just one transaction. The listing is yours: once your agency brings a home, no one else can relist or copy it.

The platform, the legal co-ownership structuring, and the global marketing and SEO that turns one home into qualified international demand.

The Selling Partner
A selling pool shared across the eight shares. Sell them with your own agents, or split the pool with other agents who close them.
Worked example
A €2M home · 5% commission · you list it and sell 4 of 8 shares
The total commission is €100,000. The listing fee is yours for bringing the home. The selling pool is €40,000 across eight shares — €5,000 per share — so the four shares your agents sell pay you €20,000. The other four can be sold by any agent or agency in the network, including other Homebase partners, who each earn €5,000 per share they close.
