1/8 is the standard entry point — all share combinations are available; contact us to discuss your preferred level. Peak season runs roughly late May to early September (about 16 weeks). Each 1/8 share is guaranteed, and capped at, two weeks (14 nights) within it, allocated on rotation so the best dates circulate fairly between owners.
Three steps.
Your Owner Member account gives you access to the Casa Sunshine booking calendar. See exactly which nights are taken, which are free, and your own remaining allowance.
Book from 2 days to 2 years ahead. Standard stays: minimum 7 nights. Short stays (under 7 nights): bookable within 30 days of arrival only.
Instant confirmation. The local Mallorca team prepares the property. A stay fee covers cleaning, linen, pool heating and utilities — confirmed at closing.
Casa Sunshine specific.
Scales proportionally — own 2 shares and get 84 nights. Own the whole property and it's yours year-round.
Max 14 nights per 1/8 share within the peak window (mid-May to mid-September, about 16 weeks). Every co-owner is guaranteed at least 2 peak weeks.
Stays under 7 nights can only be booked within 30 days of arrival. Keeps the calendar open and fair for all.
Casa Sunshine holds a lifetime ETV licence. Unused nights can be rented out freely — no annual limit on rental days.
You receive 75% of net rental income from nights you contribute. 25% goes to the shared maintenance fund.
All guests — family or friends — must be registered in Club Homebase before arrival. No unregistered guests permitted.

Casa Sunshine holds a lifetime ETV tourist licence — so the nights you don’t use can be rented out, and you keep 75% of what they earn. You decide each year how many of your 42 nights to enjoy and how many to put into the rental pool.
