How rental works
Co-owners decide at the AGM
At the first Annual General Meeting, co-owners vote on whether to activate external rental. Each owner can contribute as many or as few of their unused nights as they choose.
Unused nights enter the rental pool
Nights you don't book automatically become available for rental. You always retain priority — no third-party guest can book a night you want to use.
Guests book through the ETV platform
External guests book online through our licensed rental platform. All guests are verified. The local Mallorca team manages check-in, cleaning and the property during every rental stay.
Income distributed quarterly
You receive 75% of the net income from nights you contributed. 25% goes to the shared maintenance fund. Statements are available in your Club Homebase account.
