How it works
One name. We take it from there.
You do not need a mandate, a licence, or a relationship with us. You need to know someone in Mallorca who is thinking about selling, and be willing to make the introduction.
You send a name
Who the owner is, roughly where the house is, and how we reach them. That is all we need. Registered by email and confirmed within 48 hours.
We speak to the owner
You are not asked to value, view, negotiate or explain anything. If the owner says no, that is the end of it, and it costs you nothing.
Paid at the notary
If the sale completes, you receive 20 % of the listing fee. On a typical Mallorca fee that is around 0.2 % of the sale price. Excluding IVA.
Discretion
The owner never hears your name from us
We do not tell the owner the introduction came from anyone, and we never name you, unless you ask us to in writing. Your fee is paid out of our own share. Nothing is added to what the owner pays.
In return we ask one thing of you: that you are free to make the introduction — that no mandate, employment or professional duty to the owner stands in the way of you receiving a fee. If one does, tell us and we will handle it differently.
