Homebase exists to take that off your shoulders. We work the home itself — the condition, the paperwork, the permits, what it needs and what it could become — so the unknowns become known. We plan how its value is realised, bring it to move-in-ready, and keep it easy to own. One team on the ground, from the first look to long after you've moved in. What's good for the buyer is good for the owner too — a home fully understood, and sold with confidence on both sides.
How we work

Every home goes through the same method. We get to the facts — what the home is, what it needs and what it could become — run the numbers and the permits, and bring it to the buyers through the channels that already have them. And when a buyer wants to put their own mark on a home — new furniture and a light refresh, sometimes a full renovation — our local team runs that too, from the first plan to long after you've moved in. Hard to manage from a distance; simple when the team is already on the ground.

Global Homebase was founded by Torben Aagaard — an ecosystem-builder with four decades in business development, based on Mallorca. Around him works a network of local specialists and partners who bring each home to its best and to the right buyers: sourcing, optimising, presenting, selling — and caring for it after.
