How it works in Mallorca
The seller pays. The agents share.
In Mallorca the seller pays the agents, not the buyer. The fee is 4–6 % of the price, plus VAT. Around 5 % on average.

Photos, portals, adverts and viewings come out of the agent’s share.
We share ours with you

Nobody pays more because you helped. Your fee comes out of our share. Help us find the home or the buyer, and we share the reward.

What a sale is worth
A €1 million home: €5,000 to €10,000 for you
Brought the agent instead? You get 10 % of what we keep: €2,500 or €5,000 on the same home.
Examples. The split between agents differs from sale to sale. You always get your share of what Homebase actually keeps, after other agents and without VAT.
Rentals
Rentals pay too
A home to let, or the people who rent one. Our fee on a booking is 20 % of the rent, including VAT. You get 20 % of our fee, without VAT.

The rules
All of it in one short agreement
Your name stays out of it
We never tell the owner who sent us, unless you ask us to in writing. Nothing is added to what the owner pays.
You must be free to introduce
No mandate, job or professional duty to the owner may stand in the way of a fee. If one does, tell us.
Mallorca homes only
Fees arise on sales and bookings of homes in Mallorca. We take nothing from a partner’s own business anywhere else.

What Homebase actually keeps, after other agents and without VAT. On a rental, our fee on the booking, not the rent.
One client fee, one partner fee
At most 20 % and 10 % on any sale or booking. Never more than 30 % of our commission.
No fee on your own deals
Not when you, your family or your company buys, sells, lets or rents.
First in time wins
Only a registration in your dashboard counts. We tell you there if someone is already known to us.
Paid fast
We confirm your fee in your dashboard when we are paid. You invoice us. We pay within three business days.
No lock-in
Free to join. Either side can stop with 30 days’ notice. What you registered keeps its protection.
