Buying a home in another country is mostly a question of who you ask. I was born in Denmark, moved to the United States as a young man, and have spent more than 25 years in the Miami luxury market as a Florida-licensed advisor.
I know what you expect from a purchase, because I have handled hundreds of them. And I know Mallorca: the island, the areas, and how a Spanish purchase actually works. You get the same conversation you would have about a house in Florida, about a house six thousand kilometres away.

How this works
What buying here actually involves
No chain of agents between you and the person selling. Every home is legally verified and prepared before it is shown, and several of them never reach the open market at all.
Buy it outright, or take a share with seven others and use it around six weeks a year. Same house, same standard, two ways in.
Viewings, lawyers, notary, upgrade, interiors and the running of the house once it is yours are handled in Mallorca. You fly in and out.
